Dr. GC is certified by the American Board of Family Practice. His practicing principle is educating patients, empowering them to fight their medical conditions and encouraging them to stay healthy. His practice includes the full range of family practice, but he particularly enjoys the area of geriatrics, with special interest in Obesity, Diabetes, COPD and CHF. He is also accredited at many local hospitals and works as a hospitalist as well.

He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Rockhurst University and is transitioning to primary care, focusing on helping patients avoid hospitalizations through early intervention and comprehensive management. His approach emphasizes holistic care, optimization, longevity, and performance, integrating functional medicine principles to address root causes and elevate overall health. With a strong interest in preventative medicine, weight-loss management, and men’s health, including hormone optimization, James partners with patients to enhance energy, vitality, and long-term wellness. He is committed to delivering high-quality, personalized, relationship-driven care tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle.

Mary Beth Schnell, MSN, ACNP - Nurse Practitioner

Mary Beth Schnell, MSN, ACNP, is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner committed to providing compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based care to every patient. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing BSN from the University of Missouri in Columbia in 2001 and went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing MSN with a specialization in Acute Care Nurse Practitioner ACNP from Rockhurst University in 2000.

 With a strong foundation in nursing with over 25 years of experience, and advanced clinical training, Mary Beth takes a patient-centered approach to care, focusing on listening to each individual’s concerns, understanding their unique needs, and developing personalized treatment plans.

Her goal is to create a comfortable, trusting environment where patients feel heard, informed, and confident in their healthcare decisions. She is passionate about helping patients achieve better health and an improved quality of life through knowledgeable, compassionate care.
